John R. “Jack” Price was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania during the baby boom. He attended Culver Military Academy. After graduating from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science degree he accepted a commission in the U.S. Army. Jack served in the Vietnam conflict, earning a Bronze Star. He later received a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he was also a senior fellow at the Center for Business and Government.
Jack has founded several businesses, was made a partner in the professional service firm Deloitte, worked as an investment banker, and is presently President and Chief Executive Officer of Greffex Inc, a global leader in the delivery of pandemic and bioterror vaccines. A resident of New Haven County, Jack sits on several church and community boards, serves on the board of USA Rugby Foundation, and was a founding member of the Far from Home Foundation, which helped homeless veterans rebuild their lives.
